Payment Terms and Conditions
*Any deposit still due must be received within 14 days from origination date of contract, or contract will be void.
*Signed contract must be received within 14 days from origination date of contract, or contract will be void.
*Total Due to be paid by day of event. $25.00 fee will be charged if balance is not paid in full by 3rd day after event. A $25.00 fee will be charged for every 30 days that pass after event until balance is paid in full.
*Returned checks will be subject to $25.00 returned check fee. Late fees will apply until balance successfully paid in full.
*Upon Cancellation, deposit will be forfeited.
*Cancellation must be in writing 30 days prior to original event date or full balance will be due. If event is rescheduled, cancellation is not permissible, and full balance will be due, regardless of services performed or not performed.
*Any changes in time or location will incur a service fee of $25.00 (except extending time-see overtime below).
*Change in date will incur a minimum fee of $50.00. If Disc Jockey Revolutions, LLC cannot comply with new date, original contract is enforced, and full balance is due.
*Overtime is billed at $75.00 per half hour if added more than 14 days before event date. Overtime is billed at $90.00 per half hour if added within 14 days of event date, including the day of the event.
*Customer is responsible for amplifier permits and local sound ordinance compliance.
*Disc Jockey Revolutions, LLC can only be liable for any cost up to the total amount of the signed contract.
*All locations must be ADA accessible. Any locations that require lifting any DJ equipment up any stair or stoop more than two inches will require a $100.00 fee.
*Both the Customer and Disc Jockey Revolutions, LLC must approve any changes made to the contract. Any changes require a new contract signed by both the customer and Disc Jockey Revolutions, LLC.
*Refunds are generally not issued, but may be issued at the sole discretion of Disc Jockey Revolutions, LLC.
